If you need to find out where we stand on returns here is the information. We don’t like having to return stuff either, but on a brighter note, you found a hidden page!
Thank you for placing an order with us! Orders may be cancelled at any time before shipment (usually the next business day). Please contact us by phone or email to cancel your order. We do accept returns and exchanges from our online store within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping costs when you return or exchange an item. Products must be in good condition with little to no wear and no damages.
To return or exchange a product from our online store:
1.) Contact us via email or phone within 30 days of the date of delivery and provide: name, phone number, address, reason for return or exchange, mat size you’d like to exchange for (if relevant).
2.) Select a shipping company and schedule pick-up. Since our mats and most other products are heavy items they must be shipped via LTL freight. UPS and FedEx can ship our mats, but we sometimes find that local carriers have better rates. We are happy to put you in touch with our preferred carriers when you need to return an item.
3.) Prepare your product for shipping. Roll up and bind your mat. Items that arrived on a pallet should be returned on a pallet.
4.) Wait for your refund or exchange. We will send you a check for the refund amount in the mail once we receive the returned item. Exchanges will be sent as soon as the returned item is received, and your credit card will be charged for the difference or we will mail a check if we owe you.
